I have lived in North Raleigh since 1988 and love calling it home! I have served hundreds of clients as a Realtor and Property Manager since 2007.  I am extremely honest and will always tell my clients upfront exactly what needs to be done to sell or rent their home quickly and for top dollar. This is the reason that many of my listings have been known to sell or rent for more than the competition down the street. I will also tell my clients upfront if I think the house that they are interested in purchasing may not be a good investment. Ethics before profit...always. You need this type of honesty when buying or selling one of the biggest investments of your life. 

I am a proud Christian and a member of Cross Assembly church in Raleigh. I am blessed to be married to my loving husband, Nick and a proud mother of 3 adorable children (I may be a bit biased). My husband and I are seasoned investors and house-flippers. We have rental properties in our area and typically buy a new flip every couple of years to live in and fix up and sell. We currently live in Wake Forest by Falls Lake in our latest flip, which has been a blast to restore. We have a goofy Great Dane named Wyatt Earp, who is my devoted "cling-on dog" and a rescue dog named Buddy. We also have 16 very spoiled chickens. I am a homebody at heart and love spending time with my family, camping in our travel trailer, cooking, baking (anything sourdough!) and yelling at the TV when football is on - Go STEELERS!
