In that time, Liz has managed 2 properties for us in Cary. She was able to rent those out within 3-5 days of listing them, and they never went vacant in for longer than 5 days in between tenants. She is on top of every detail, never missing a beat and makes rental headaches just go away. Somehow, she makes finding, screening and signing tenants look effortless. We were constantly amazed at how efficient Liz is at getting things done, and always looking out for tenants as well as the investor.

Regarding the sale of two houses. Let's just say we were absolutely blown away. Liz made it so easy. Zero stress transactions never happen in the real estate world, but both of ours were just that. She handled everything, recommending pros for painting, repairs, updates, staging, etc. When she listed our home in Lochmere, Cary, we almost fell out of our seat because it was staged so impeccably. We had major second thoughts about selling. It looked THAT good.

I'll put it into financial terms: Liz got us 20% over the asking price. That is unheard of, even in this market. This is because she knows what she's doing, and coached us through things we should do to maximize our gains.

Finally, Liz is the most responsive agent we've ever had. She will text, email or call you within minutes. On top of that, she is genuinely nice, friendly, personable, fun to talk to and caring. She cares about you, AND the tenant. She's ethical and able to balance two sometimes opposite viewpoints, and gently guides you through to a mutually agreeable solution.
